Services

The Blind Designer was incorporated in June of 2005. We offer full design services for projects of all sizes and budgets. We work with many great contractors and artisans from ceramic and stone work to iron and metal fabricators to custom furniture and cabinetry.

Projects Types include:

• Bathroom and Kitchen design
• Home remodeling and complete makeovers
• Space planning and furniture selection
• Enhancing and transforming homes for a higher resale value

We will meet with you, discuss and assess your needs, then prepare a comprehensive proposal based on your budget and desires. We'll establish a realistic timeline, organize contractor and sub contractors to bid your job and always be conscious of a quality price.

We can work on an hourly basis: $150 per hour and $75 per hour when working with associates

An all inclusive budget which will allow the client to make three revisions.

A weekly update showing project progress and financial activity is provided as part of our services.

*We pass on any savings that are available to our company. We do not mark up any suppliers, contractors or furnishing costs.
