Concerns or issues? (i.e.: want to make more comfortable)

Please briefly describe your lifestyle? (Do you have children or pets. Do you like to entertain?)

Any handicapped people in home? If yes please describe.

Function/amount of use? (i.e.: like to use for reading most of the time and sometimes have gatherings with frends)

Room dimensions. Be specific: include ceiling heights, doors and window dimensions and placement, location of electrical outlets. Specify North, South, East and West when labeling walls. Include drawings and/or photos if possible.
