Concerns or issues? (i.e.: want to add shower)
Functions: Existing or desired? (i.e.: bathtub, Jacuzzi, shower, steam shower, double vanity and toilet)
Any handicapped people in home? If yes please describe.
Function/amount of use? (i.e.: like to watch TV and sleep all day Sunday)
Room dimensions. Be specific: include ceiling heights, doors and window dimensions and placement, location of electrical outlets. Specify North, South, East and West when labeling walls. Include drawings and/or photos if possible.
